Before the AutoStore system is built, the floor on which it will operate must meet both flatness and levelness requirements.
This is where DABROS Floor Surveys Ltd meets the customer’s needs for the first time. We have the required measuring equipment and offer the most precise measurement results, which guarantee that during the construction of the system, the floor will meet the requirements of the AutoStore system in 100%, and thus the probability of problems during the system erection drops to zero.
In addition, and most importantly – any system failures caused by construction on an inadequately prepared floor are eliminated, guaranteeing continuous operation and failure-free system.
From years of experience, we know that the installation of the AutoStore system runs smoothly on floors that have been measured on a 60cm x 60cm square grid, and then points exceeding the acceptable specification limits have been levelled by a grinding process to the system’s requirements.
The measurement can be taken either with a precision leveller with a reading accuracy of 0.1mm or with a super-precise 3D scanner, which further increases the precision of the profile representation of the entire floor.
With the results of the floor measurement, we analyse the data, on the basis of which, we are able to precisely determine the areas that need to be corrected by sanding.
