Before an Exotec system is built, the floor on which the system will operate must meet both flatness and levelness requirements.
As with the areas for AutoStore or GEEK+ systems, DABROS Floor Surveys Ltd offers a full service to prepare the floor for the Exotec system. The ultra-precise measuring equipment used to test the floor parameters, the experience gained over many years, guarantee that during the construction of the system, the floor will meet the requirements of the Exotec system in 100%, and thus the likelihood of problems occurring during the installation of the system drops to zero.
In addition, and most importantly, any failure of the system due to construction on an inadequately prepared floor is eliminated, guaranteeing continuous operation and failure-free system performance.
Measurements are usually taken with a precision leveller with a reading accuracy of up to 0.1mm, or with a super-precise 3D scanner, which further increases the precision of the whole floor profile.
With the results of the floor measurement, we analyse the data, on the basis of which, we are able to precisely determine the areas that require correction by grinding.
